If you're visiting the Festival for the weekend (good choice), you'll need somewhere to rest your head. Wimborne Minster Folk Festival doesn't operate any accommodation but we can make suggestions:

Camping

There are many campsites and caravan parks in this beautiful part of the world. Try Pitchup.com for starters.

B&Bs and Hotels

South east Dorset is a popular tourist destination and well served with hotels and B&Bs. If you want to be in the heart of the Festival, try Wimborne's Kings Head, Minster Arms or The 1777. A little further out, try The Bridge House Hotel.

 

Visit East Dorset Information Centre.

 

There are many establishments in Poole and Bournemouth (probably more B&Bs in Poole, more hotels in Bournemouth). Not walking distance but many within, say, a 30 minute drive.

Bear in mind that as well as the thousands who visit Wimborne Minster Folk Festival, thousands more flock to Dorset in the summer months. Book your accommodation early so you can enjoy every minute of the Festival!
