Boodle
Boodle have fun when they play and what you get is a range of songs influenced by blues, folk and jazz with a nod to country. Kit, Greg, Paul, John and Pauline effortlessly blend vocals, guitars, hydra-ukulele, clarinet, resonator, harmonica, string bass and electronic wind instrument (don’t ask!) to bring you music that will set your feet tapping, get you joining in and make you happy. What more could you want?

Cheese & Weasels
An Acoustic Folk duo. Bit of English, bit of Irish, bit of Scottish with a dash of Americana and a smidgeon of Music Hall - “basically, we can't make up our mind what we are, but we have been described as 'Raucous', 'Rousing' and dare we say 'Rambunctious'!”

Guinea Lane
Guinea Lane is a saxophone quartet that was founded by four friends from very diverse musical backgrounds. They focus on folk music of the British Isles, playing original, dynamic and idiosyncratic arrangements and have built a repertoire of wholly original instrumental pieces and songs. The members of the quartet are: Rob on Soprano, Barbara on Alto , Jude on Tenor and Fiona playing Baritone.

Just Us
Simon and Steph are a local acoustic duo who enjoy singing harmonies to well known songs. They can be found joining in with the Wimborne Folk club, Brunny Folk and the Friday night sessions at the Allendale Café. They have been part of the friendly local music scene for many years and especially enjoy performing at the Festival.

Maerefolk
A four-piece folk band playing a wide range of traditonal and modern folk songs and tunes. They have vocals, guitar, fiddle and bass and their material includes lively jigs and reels, thoughtful songs and beautiful harmonies. They are the resident band at Salisbury Folk Club.

Mirth & Matter are well known local performers. Matt on guitars and bouzouki with his strong vocals and Lorna adding some melodic extras on the penny whistle. Real mix of music from traditional and modern folk to Country to Ozzy Osbourne and the odd self penned song. Fans of songs with depth, history and sometimes a laugh.

Wimborne Folk Club
will be showcasing the eclectic mix of music displayed at the club, including a mixture of Americana and contemporary songs with some a Capella singing from films and shows.

Resound Choir
Resound Choir from St Michael's Middle School is made up of children from Years 5 to 8 with ages ranging from 9 up to 13. The choir are firmly established as one of the best school choirs around and are sure to brighten your morning with their eclectic mix of songs from a variety of genres. Nothing is more joyful than the sound of children's voices, so they look forward to seeing you there.

Weyland
Weyland are based in Poole: Neil, Andy, Chris, Matt and Wendy, are a five-piece traditional folk band playing music from England and Ireland. Instrumentation includes Guitar, Mandolin, Bass, Irish Flutes, Fiddles and Percussion. The band has a large repertoire and can offer sets from 20 minutes to over an hour.

Richard Wirdnam and Stewart Dalgliesh
Richard Wirdnam and Stewart Dalgliesh are local musicians who have come together through a love of Americana and particularly, the music of the Band. They spent some great times working on Stewart’s CD ‘Sunset on Central’, released in 2025.
